Quaker Window Products

Quaker is a 70 year old, family owned and operated manufacture 100 miles outside of St Louis Missouri. With the capabilities of building over 80 different product lines, they are considered one of the country’s largest most diversified window and door manufacturers in the USA. These products range from architectural rated (AW) to residential (R). Quaker’s main focus is in the Aluminum Commercial and Heavy Commercial windows and doors industry, which are most commonly used in the multi-family, condominium, apartments, hospitality, medical, institutional, senior housing, and governmental projects. Quaker also produces a full line of Wood/Aluminum clad windows and doors, for both new construction and retrofit projects.

Quaker also manufacture’s a comprehensive line of high performance/commercial vinyl windows and doors. With optional ratings up to DP-50 and CW-50, and a special vinyl UV paints and laminates in any color/finish and carry a standard with a 10 year warranty.

Quaker offers a state of the art in house powder coating paint line for AAMA 2.604 and 2.605 finishes that carry the industries best warranties. Anodized finishes are also available. With a dedicated glass plant, all insulating and tempering of glass is done in house. This helps control the quality and lead times during extremely busy seasons. All products are tested to meet AAMA and NFRC standards for air, water, structural, thermal, ADA, STC and OITC.

Comfort Line Fiberglass Windows and Doors

Comfort Line Fiber Frame Inc. manufactures a full line of fiberglass windows, doors and storefront systems.. They are the only fiberglass manufacturer in the country to have a fully tested and certified AAMA C-CW-AW 30–100 product offering. With glazing capabilities of 1” to 1 3/8”, (20 year glass warranty) dual and triple glazed, single and dual low-e coatings, argons, krypton’s, and heat mirrors, all of these products have been thoroughly tested and approved by AAMA, WDMA, NAFS, CEDA, NFRC, DOE, and have proven to be the best thermal performers in the residential and commercial market. (u-value certifications from .29 - .10).

Combine these two components with an unlimited color selection, including two-tone and metallic’s, all in 2603/2604 and 2605 finish’s, from 5-20 year standard finish warranty’s. And you have a system that is nearly impossible to beat!!

Most products are available with class 3 or 5 balance systems and ADA adaptable hardware. To help adapt to commercial installation and construction, they offer a large array of available panning, receptors, sub sills, trims, flashings, muttons, etc.

The corporate offices and fabrication plant is located in Toledo, Ohio. Their staffs of full service engineers, designers, CAD operators, project managers, and service technicians, are ready and willing to tackle any job!

D.V.FYRE-TEC,INC

D.V.Fyre-Tech manufactures 16 & 18 ga. cold rolled galvanized steel 45-60 minute fire rated windows, single hung, horizontal sliding, casement, awning and fixed windows to match each line. In house powder coat paint finish’s in 11 standard colors. Custom colors and two tone finishes are available. These products are most commonly used in commercial, institutional, multi-family, military, government and hospitality projects. Cold rolled fire rated products are required by code on and near fire escapes, near lot lines and above adjacent buildings roof lines. Fyre-Tec windows are pre-glazed, available with many glazing options, square/diamond pattern wire glass, ceramic firelight glazing (3/16” single glazed up to 1” IGU’S). All of Fire Windows fire rated products are U.L. tested and labeled and can go beyond the City of Chicago’s code for maximum exposed glass in a fire rated product. The city code only allows a maximum of 720 Sq. Inches of exposed glass, but Fire Windows is tested and certified up to 1612 Sq. inches with wire and up to 2354 Sq In. with firelight. Many projects have received variances from city inspectors by simply showing the test results for the window and the glazing installed. Insect screens are also available if necessary for the project.

Air Performance

Air Performance located in Hartford, Alabama, manufactures aluminum and steel Architectural Louvers, grilles, equipment screens, sunshades, light shelves, and custom break metals. They house two fulltime operational CNC machines. With 10ft and 12ft hydraulic break metal presses these guys can handle any size order.

With AkzoNobel as there partner and paint supplier, they can have any color matched for you in three days and project painted in three weeks. All of these products are painted in house with an unlimited array of colors in 2.604-5 finishes and the industry’s leading finish warranties!

Door Innovations Inc.

Door Innovations Inc. located in Houston, Texas has quickly become one of the industry’s fastest growing bi folding door manufacturers in the country. With a large array of slab offerings; Fiberglass, Wood aluminum clad, and solid wood panels in any species required. The options are endless. You can even ship your favorite slab to them and they will fab and prep it for you.
